Manuel started working for Jackson and MacNichol as a Law Clerk in 2020. During his time working with veterans and hearing their issues and struggles, Manuel developed a passion for veteran advocacy that led him to pursue a career in the Veteran’s disability benefits field.
Manuel holds a J.D. from the University of Maine School of Law. While in law school, he worked as a Student Attorney in the Refugee and Human Rights Clinic where he assisted children in obtaining legal status in the United States. Prior to law school, Manuel earned a B.A. at the University of Southern Maine, where he majored in Political Science with a minor in Philosophy.
In his free time, Manuel enjoys hiking, traveling, listening to music, playing guitar, and a good board game with close friends.
